On April 22, 2022, Zhihu ("Zhihu", Stock Code: 02390.HK), completed its dual primary listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) as the first Chinese Internet company to return to the Hong Kong market in this way. As the Chinese legal adviser to the co-sponsor, Jingtian & Gongcheng provided full-process and all-round legal services, including Chinese legal due diligence, assisting in third-party due diligence and assisting in answering inquiries from the regulator. Previously as the legal adviser to the underwriter, Jingtian & Gongcheng had advised on Zhihu's listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: ZH) on March 26, 2021.
