Recently, for his excellent legal skills and extensive practical experience, Zhao Ye, a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng, joined the ICC Competition Law and Digital Economy working group as an expert, where he has taken up a key role. The appointment has fully reflected the recognition of Mr. Zhao’s professionalism by the ICC Commission on Competition and the entire industry.

The goal of the ICC Commission on Competition is to develop competition rules and practices that are responsive to market mechanisms, analyze new trends in international competition policy and law, identify key issues in competition rules for the international business community, and communicate the views of the business community to governments and international organizations. The Competition Law and Digital Economy working group was established to study developments in legislation concerning competition and digital economy in key countries and regions around the world.
