Rooted in China, she has in-depth understanding about the challenges that Chinese entrepreneurs and their family may face towards wealth preservation, tax planning, business succession and international expansion. Echo has exhibited great competency and good judgment in handling large and complicated multi-jurisdictional estate planning. Her extensive corporate investment experience and foreign law education enables her to tackle the complicated challenges in a sophisticatedly innovative and pragmatic way. Echo has made tremendous contribution to educate the mainland wealth management community on Chinese tax reform, tax regime of major immigration destination countries such as US, Canada, UK and Australia, use of private trust, international estate planning, CRS and FATCA regime over the past three years by delivering over 200 lectures and speeches to various wealth management firms, private banks, family offices, ultra-high net worth individuals and rich families from China mainland.
