Jin Tian graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in law.  Mr.Jin was qualified as a PRC attorney in 2016.

Mr.Jin joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2021 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2021. Prior to that, he worked 7 years at Jiayuan（ShenZhen）Law Firm as a lawyer where he dedicated in domestic and overseas IPOs, PE investment, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprises restructuring and reorganization.
