Zhongwei Tian graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Queen Mary, University of London respectively, with Chinese and UK masters degree in law.
Mr Tian has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2021 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in the same year. Prior to this, he worked 5 years with Grandall Law Firm as partner.
Mr. Tian specializes in criminal defense and criminal risks prevention, internal investigation/anti-bribery, securities compliance and litigation, litigation and arbitration. In the criminal cases that Mr. Tian has represented, several clients have been granted bailing, less or mitigated punishment or non-prosecution, probation. In compliance, he has assisted many 500 Fortune companies to provide legal advice on criminal laws, conduct internal investigation, criminal prosecution, criminal risks evaluation, handle judicial investigation, crisis management, compliance audit, compliance training, compliance policies formulation/revision, compliance programme establishment.
Mr. Tian was admitted to PRC bar in 2003. His working languages are Chinese and English.
