Fu Qinqin graduated from Fudan University with Master degree in law .
Ms. Fu has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2013 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2021.
Ms. Fu specializes in securities, funds and PE, M & A, enterprises'reorganization, restructure.
In the area of capital market, Ms. Fu has represented several companies in their overseas or domestic listing projects, including Ludashi(03601.HK), Meitu Inc.(01357.HK),Chenlin Education(01593.HK), Lanzhou Zhuangyuan Pature Co., Ltd.(01533.HK), Four Season Education(FEDU), etc.
Ms. Fu also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. She has provided a wide range of legal services for onshore and offshore investors to carry out trans-border M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions. Her clients include famous companies such as Global Logistic Properties, Orchid Asia Group Management Co., Ltd., Chinese Overseas Town Group, etc.
