Zhu Honghe graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law and Lanzhou University with bachelor degree in LL.B. and Master degree in LM.M..

Mr. Zhu has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2021 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2021. Prior to this, he had worked for several years in Dentons' Hangzhou office as Senior Partner of Dentons' China region. Mr. Zhu also taught in university.

Mr. Zhu specializes in domestic and overseas securities issuance, M&A, Real Estate and Construction.

In the area of securities issuance and capital market, Mr. Zhu has represented several companies in their overseas or domestic issuance and listing of stocks and bonds, acquisition of listed companies, etc..
