Ms. CHEN graduated from Nankai University with a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in economic law. Before joining JINGTIANGONGCHENG, Ms. CHEN worked in various Law offices including King & Wood Mallesons Law Offices.
Ms. CHEN practices mainly in the areas of public utilities infrastructure, real estate, finance, securities, etc., listed as a recommended lawyer in the area of “Project and Energy” by Legal 500.
Ms. CHEN has rich experience in the area of infrastructure as well as the implementation, concession, bidding, merger and acquisition, financing, restructuring, anti-monopoly of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. She has handled hundreds of projects in the industries such as sewage treatment, water supply, waste disposal, metro transportation (urban rail transit), railway, energy, toll roads (bridges), municipal roads, water environment treatment, environmental restoration, utility tunnel, sponge city, aged support, medical treatment, smart city, parks, scenic spots, sports stadiums, comprehensive region development, etc. Many projects led by Ms. CHEN are listed as PPP demonstration projects.
