Ms.Wang is the partner of Beijing Jingtian&Gong Cheng Law firm. Ms. Wang is skilled in provide comprehensive legal services to listed companies, group companies, foreign and domestic financial institutions, her representative clients include HSBC, Standard Charters, JP Morgan, OPPO, By-Health, Ant Finance, Lufax, Country Garden Group, Excellence Group, Kingkey Group, etc. She is specialized in domestic and outbound M&A, ABS, capital markets and IPO, material assets restructuring, banking and finance, private equity and asset management, etc. Ms.Wang received her Master of Law degree from New York University and her dual Bachelor degrees of Law and Business Administration in International Trade from Beijing Normal University. Ms.Wang studied at Tokyo Gakugei University in 2008 for one year as a government-sponsored exchange student. Ms. Wang is the vice chairman of New York University South China Alumni Club.
