Mr. Shen and Mr. Zhang introduced Jingtian & Gongcheng in general, and the details of Guangzhou Office, Shenzhen Office and HK Office of the firm all of which located in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the firm’s professional development plan in GBA to the Consuls, expressing the willingness to continue the working relationship with the Consulate General Guangzhou Office, to provide legal assistance to the Norwegian community and businesses in GBA. The Consuls also gave a brief introduction of the latest changes of the Consulate Guangzhou Office, and the Norwegian businesses having plans to invest in various sectors such as ocean economy, maritime, and clean power to Mr. Shen and Mr. Zhang. The Consuls also hoped Jingtian & Gongcheng being one of the top PRC law firms could provide its professional assistance to the Norwegian investments in China. The guests and the hosts indicted they should keep contact with each other for future cooperation in assisting investments to the other country in both ways.

Jingtian & Gongcheng Guangzhou Office was officially established in the end of 2019. Mr. Shen Xiangman, Mr. Kehua Zhang and other partners joined Jingtian & Gongcheng together with a foreign-related legal team of about 20 senior lawyers. The legal team has fairly extensive experience in foreign-related commercial areas such as admiralty & maritime, international trade, offshore engineering, cross-border dispute resolution, cross-border investment, finance compliance, and so on.
