Mingzi Tian graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a L.L.B. degree in 2008, and then obtained a L.L.M. degree from Transnational Law and Business University in 2010.
Joining the firm in 2010, Mrs. Tian has been a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2017.
Ms. Tian specializes in the fields of Capital Markets (domestic & overseas), Mergers & Acquisition, PE & VC and etc. She has been responsible for a series of projects of corporation restructuring, IPOs, bond issuance, M&A, PE & VC and etc.
Ms. Tian obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in China.
Ms. Tian is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
