Ms. Min HOU graduated from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics with master degree in law.
Ms. Hou joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2011 and became a partner in 2018.
Ms. Hou specializes in domestic and overseas securities offerings, fund and PE, M&A, corporate reformation and reorganization. She was awarded as Next Generation Lawyer in Capital Markets in the selection among top law firms and lawyers of 2018 held by LEGAL500, an international authoritative legal ranking institution.
Practicing In securities offerings and capital markets, Ms. Hou has represented a number of domestic and overseas companies on securities and bonds offerings and listings, merger and acquisitions of listed companies, major assets reorganization and etc. Her clients include BOE Technology, China National Machinery Industry Corporation Ltd, Bethel Auto, Chery Auto, DunAn Environment and other famous companies.
Ms. Hou obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 2011.
