Shen Ke graduated from Fudan University with Bachelor in Law degree and graduated from University of Pennsylvania with LLM degree.

Ms. Shen has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner since 2017.

Ms. Shen specializes in funds and PE, M & A, foreign investment and outbound investment.

As to mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Shen is capable in structuring the deals and establishing various transaction vehicles in China. She is experienced in drafting and revising M&A agreements, shareholder agreements and shareholder exit and rendering relevant legal opinions.

Ms. Shen represented fund management company to establish private equity fund. Meanwhile, Ms. Shen represented several companies to complete the financing transaction with private equity fund onshore and offshore.

In the field of FDI, she provides legal opinions for the establishment, change and liquidation of several foreign-invested enterprises, drafts and revises various application documents and participates in the business negotiations. She is familiar with the procedures and requirements of the FDI in China.

Ms. Shen also provided general corporate services to several multinational companies, state-owned enterprises, start-ups and trading and retail companies, among which, she focuses on contract review, business operation compliance, financing and foreign exchange.

Ms. Shen was admitted to PRC bar in 2010, and admitted to New York State bar in 2013.

Ms. Shen's working languages are Chinese (native) and English (fluent).
