Ms. Shen graduated from Nanjing University with bachelor degree in law.

Ms. Shen has a professional experience in practical for ten years. She has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2016 as a partner. Prior to this, she worked for Paul Hastings Shanghai Office and was a partner in HHP Attorneys-At-Law.

Ms. Shen specializes in Labor and Employment, Compliance, and General Corporate.

By practicing for many years specialized in the field of labor and employment matters, Ms. Shen possesses a wealth of experience and expertise. She has represented and provided legal services for numerous multinational companies in a wide range of China on employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including recruitment and employment management, designing and implementation of labor dispatch and labor outsourcing schemes, drafting and reviewing employment policies and procedures, designing and implementation of international employee compensation schemes, termination and mass lay-off management, employment dispute resolution, etc.

Ms. Shen also has abundant experience in advising clients in the field of corporate and commercial matters. She provides corporate legal advice to a great number of clients, most of which are multinational companies, to support their operations in China, involving those highly-regulated industries such as medical packaging, nutrition food, cosmetics and direct sales. Her capacities in this area cover both general contract and commercial laws, and specific issues such as intellectual property, anti-corruption, and anti-trust.

Ms. Shen has established long-term cooperation with numerous multinational companies and large state-owned companies, including chemical magnate Henkel, global media, services and education company Bertelsmann, global refrigeration products manufacturer Lennox, leading video service provider E-Surfing Media, etc.

Ms. Shen was admitted to PRC bar in 2010.

Ms. Shen is a native mandarin speaker with English fluency.
