Lina Zhao graduated from Tsinghua University with bachelor degree in law and master degree in civil and commercial law.
Ms. Zhao has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2006 and was elected as a partner by the partners’ meeting of our firm in 2014.
Ms. Zhao specializes in securities, funds and PE, M & A, enterprises’ reorganization, restructure, , foreign investment, liquidation, bankruptcy, and loan financing.
In the area of capital market, Ms. Zhao has presented several companies in their listing projects, including Country Garden Holdings Company Limited, Agile Property Holdings Limited, KWG Property Holding Limited, Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Limited, Optics Valley Union Holdings Company Limited, etc.
Ms. Zhao also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and investment. She has provided a wide range of legal services for domestic and overseas investors and listed companies to carry out M & A or investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting and revising legal documents and issuing legal opinions. Her clients include famous companies such as Beijing Capital Land Ltd, Country Garden Holdings Company Limited, Qin Jia Yuan Media Services Company Limited, Agile Property Holdings Limited, Haitong International Finance Company Limited, YF Capital, Pacific Alliance China Land, etc.
Ms. Zhao was admitted to PRC bar in 2005.
