Zhang Xin graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with LLM degree in economic law.

Mr. Zhang has over 12 years of professional experience in law practice. He has worked in Jingtian&Gongcheng since 2009 and was approved to be a partner in 2015. Prior to this, he practiced a lot at other well-known Beijing law offices.

Mr.Zhang specializes in IPOs in domestic and overseas stock markets, M&A of listed companies, private equity and venture capital, enterprise reform and restructuring, foreign investment and other capital market legal services. Mr. Zhang’s experiences encompass a wide range of industries, including but not limited to TMT, medical health, cultural media, commercial department stores and many other traditional manufacturing industries.
