Rongsheng Zhang graduated from Peking University Law School with LL.B.

Mr. Zhang worked as a lawyer in Alliance Law Firm from 2004 to 2006.  He joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a lawyer in 2006 and has been a partner since 2011. 

Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in the area of capital market, M & A transactions, FDI, overseas investment and PE.  He has represented many outstanding companies including but not limited to China Shipping Container Lines Co., Ltd, Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotels (Group) Co., Ltd and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Co., Ltd in their domestic or overseas listing and restructuring.  Mr. Zhang’s practice mainly focus on the industries of Resources and Energies, Infrastructure, Transportation, Hotel, Real Estate, Manufacture, Chemical, Electronic, and Consumer products, etc.

Mr. Zhang obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate and he is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
