Mr. DENG graduated from Wuhan University, Peking University of China and University of British Columbia of Cananda, earning Bachelor of Science, Master of Law, and Master of Arts respectively.

Since 2005, Mr. Deng works with Jingtian & Gongcheng;  In 2010, Mr. Deng became partner.

Mr. DENG practices primarily in areas of: litigation and arbitration (including labour related solution and dispute resolution); commercial crimes and anti-corruption related services; corporate governance; stated-owned assets management and transaction; foreign direct investment; PRC laws related service under international shipbuilding finance; M&As.

Mr. DENG obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 2005.

Mr. DENG may work in Mandarin (native) and English (fluent).

Representing a client in a commercial franchising contract dispute case and obtaining a prevailing award (CIETAC upheld our argument that the franchisor committed fraud, revoked the franchising contract, awarded the franchisor to repay all fees to the client and bore the legal fees incurred to the client);

Representing the client in a software development contract dispute case with CIETAC and procuring both parties to reach a settlement to the satisfaction of the client;

Representing the clients in many trading contracts with CIETAC and obtaining prevailing awards;

Representing the client in a financing trade contract dispute case/loop transaction dispute case and obtaining a prevailing award (the contract provided it was governed by the laws of England, we had an expert of English laws to be the expert witness and other several key witness of case facts);
