Fujun Bai graduated from China University of Mining and Technology in 1992 and obtained his master degree from Peking University School of Law in 2005.
Before entering Jingtian & Gongcheng, he worked in Shanxi Yungang Law Firm as a lawyer from 1995 to 1999 and then worked in Beijing Dowway Law Firm from January to September of 2000. In October 2000, Mr. Bai joined Jingtian & Gongcheng and became a partner in 2006.
Mr. Bai is particularly experienced in securities, financing, domestic and outbound investment, medical investment, private equity, merger and acquisition, restructuring, corporate, and arbitration.
Mr. Bai is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
