Ms. Jianxin Cui graduated from Peking University School of Law with a Master degree of Law in 1998.
Ms. Cui joined JingTian & GongCheng in 1999. Prior to this, she worked in the Legal Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of University of Macau. She has been a partner of Jingtian & GongCheng since 2006.
Ms. Cui focuses her practice in the areas of listing of securities on PRC and overseas securities markets, foreign investment and mergers and acquisitions.
In the areas of securities offering, Ms. Cui has assisted issuers or underwriters in their initial public offering (IPO) and listing, and follow-on financing projects on PRC, Hong Kong, USA and Singapore securities markets. She has accomplished dozens of such projects, which involve the industries of telecommunications, real estate, food, medicine, manufacture and forestry.
Ms. Cui has extensive experience in M & A and foreign investment. She has handled several significant cases concerning material assets restructuring of listed companies, mergers and acquisitions with domestic enterprises by foreign investors, as well as Sino-cooperative or joint ventures projects.
Ms. Cui is fluent in both Chinese and English.
