Recently, the agreements in relation to T3 Mobility Project, which is positioned as a new energy mobility sharing project, has been signed. The project is led by China First Automobile Group Co., Ltd. ("FAW Group"), Dongfeng Motor Corporation. ("DFM"), Chongqing Changan Automobile Company Limited ("CHANA Inc "), with the joint participation of strategic partners such as Suning Investment Co., Ltd. ("Suning Investment"), Shenzhen Shi Jia Li Asset Management Co.,Ltd. ("Shi Jia Li "), Shenzhen Tencent Congxin Mobility Limited Partnership("Tencent"), Hangzhou Alibaba Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. ("Ali"), with a total investment of 9.76 billion RMB.
For T3 mobility project, FAW Group, DFM and CHANA Inc will integrate their core industrial chain advantages in terms of vehicles and channel resources, and combine the advantages of Suning Investment, Shi Jia Li, Tencent, Ali and other strategic partners in terms of big data management and application to conduct fully market-oriented operation in terms of talents, technology, organization, capital and market, striving to create a more connected and shared "smart mobility ecosystem". T3 mobility Fund will take the online car hailing market as an entry point to jointly build smart mobility services based on national information and traffic safety and cloud computing platforms, and actively promote the transformation and upgrading of China's automobile industry. T3 mobility Fund will also deepen its interaction and cooperation with national traffic regulatory authorities and local governments to build a smarter, low-carbon and shared urban traffic system thus making positive contributions to the construction of smart cities.
