Ren Hua graduated from Peking University Law School and Kyushu University Law School in Japan, and was admitted to PRC bar in 2008.
In 2010, Mr. Ren joined Jingtian Gongcheng and was selected by LegalBand as one of the top 30 young lawyers under 30 in China in 2015, and was approved as a partner by the firm in 2018.
Mr. Ren has extensive experience in domestic and oversea IPO, domestic and foreign investment, M&A, and private equity investment. His representative IPO projects include Loncin Motor (603766), Storm Group (300431), WH Group (00288.HK), Forgame Holdings (00484.HK), Hengtai Securities (01476.HK), Yuanda China (02789.HK), Aowei Holdings (01370.HK), Nature Flooring (02083.HK) , and representative M&A restructuring/private equity investment projects include acquisition of major assets of Wuhan Nanrui by Zhixin Electric (600517), reverse merge of Xinze Holdings (000502.HK) by Lvjing Real Estate, acquisition of minority stake in Xiangshun Mining by China Mining (00340.HK), reverse merge of Hengtian Swan (000687) by Huaxun Ark, purchase of related assets of Daji Group by Huadong Automation (002248), acquisition of 100% equity interest in Jiangsu Guoxin Shuntian Football Club by Suning Electrical Group, Southern Power Grid's acquisition of equity interest in Hong Kong Castle Peak Power Plant, Qihoo 360 Financial's acquisition of Ningbo Noble's financial business segment (the predecessor of 360 Financial).
