Wu Rui graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2002 with bachelor degree in Civil and Commercial Law and master degree in Jurisprudence.

In 2012, Wu Rui joined Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm and was approved to be a partner in 2020.  Before joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Wu Rui worked in a primary court for 2 years as an assistant judge and worked in Sichuan W&E Attorney’s Law as an associate for 2 years.

Wu Rui’s practice is particularly focused on dispute resolution and enjoys a good reputation in litigation, arbitration and mediation with rich experience.

Wu Rui represented clients in numerous cases in arbitration institutions and courts of different levels in various industries, including real estate, finance, medical, financial lease, environment, cultures and entertainment, education, telecommunications and Internet and manufacturing.  

Wu Rui is expert in dispute resolution in finance and real property and represented clients in dealing with corporation equity affairs, corporation governance, property distribution, one-person company shareholder responsibility and equity incentive of employees.  Besides, Wu Rui is the counselor for several big companies.

Wu Rui obtained the PRC lawyer qualification in 2011, and his working language is Chinese and English.
