Ms Jing Zhang graduated from Peking University Law School with a LLB degree.
Ms. Zhang specializes in capital market, M&A, PE&VC, foreign investment. Ms. Zhang has represented numerous clients in their overseas or domestic listing, M&A, PE investment transactions, corporate reorganization, bond issuance, in several industry areas such as real estate, medical, catering services, TMT and culture and media.
Ms Zhang was admitted to the PRC bar in 2008.
