Mr. Xu Lingjun graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with LL.M. degree and from Fudan University with bachelor degree in law.

Mr. Xu Lingjun joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2019 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2020.  Prior to this, he worked in Haiwen & Partners and King & Wood Mallesons specializing in dispute resolution practices.  Besides, Mr. Xu Lingjun worked for Mercury Paper Inc. as in-house counsel in the US and was in charge of company’s legal business in North America.

Mr. Xu Lingjun focuses on complex domestic and cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration.  He has represented foreign and Chinese clients in a wide array of matters before courts in different levels and provinces, CIETAC, BAC, SHIAC and SIAC, etc. Mr. Xu Lingjun has extensive experience in equity investment disputes, corporate control disputes, energy related disputes, entertainment law related disputes and IP disputes. Mr. Xu Lingjun represents and provides dispute resolution services to several top-level capital funds, leading industrial gas companies, foreign manufacturing companies and public celebrities.

Mr. Xu Lingjun was admitted to PRC bar in 2010, and was admitted to New York State bar in 2015.
