Mr. WANG Feng particularly focuses on  and is specialized in the pharmaceutical, the semi-conductors, the chemical and the consumer industry sectors and has represented clients in different kinds of transactions, varying from initial public offerings, refinancing of listed companies, debt financings and securities laws compliances, to merger and acquisition, company restructuring and the private equity investment.
