Mr. Hu pursued his postgraduate and graduate study in University of Nottingham and Dalian Maritime University with LLM in International Commercial Law and LLB in Maritime Law respectively.

Mr. Hu has worked for Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2020. Prior to this, he firstly worked for state-owned enterprises including Cosco Logistics for many years. He then worked for a renowned local law firm in Guangdong Province for 4 years before he joined Wang Jing & Co in April 2008.

Mr. Hu has extensive experience dealing with matters involving foreign related litigation and arbitration, overseas investment and M&A, offshore engineering and maritime, ship building and finance lease, international trade, insurance, labour and in particular domestic and international litigation and arbitration and overseas investment and M&A. He has worked with many lawyers from different foreign countries and maintained good cooperation relationship with them, which helps him to provide excellent legal services with foreign elements for his clients. Over the years of his practice, he has successfully managed and settled a variety of complex disputes which relates to 3 or more jurisdictions. He has also provided excellent legal consultation service for a number of large domestic and international enterprises. He is highly praised of by his clients as well as by his fellows from the legal community.
