On April 18, 2019, the award ceremony of the Chinese Law Awards of the Asian Legal Business was held in Beijing.

Jingtian & Gongcheng participated in the case of “China National Chemical Corporation’s $64bn-equivalent dual-currency, multi-tranche bond” and won the “Debt Market Deal of the Year ”, “Xiaomi Corporation’s Hong Kong IPO” was awarded the “Equity Market Deal of the Year” and “Technology, Media and Telecommunications Deal of the Year ”, “Bonds Issuance by CNAC (HK) Finbridge Company Limited Guaranteed by CHEMCHINA (China National Chemical Corporation Limited) was awarded the “Energy & Resources Deal of the Year ”.

The annual ALB China Law Awards 2019 will recognize the excellence and outstanding achievements of China's leading law firms and in-house legal teams as well as the top deals and dealmakers of the past year.

Thanks to the principles of fairness, transparency and efficiency in the selection process, it has become one of the most influential legal ranking agency in China. The final result of the award will be announced in April.
