Mr. Qin Maoxian graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law.  He worked with Sinolink Securities as a legal manager.

Mr. Qin specializes in bank financing, trust, securities and futures asset management, asset management of funds and their subsidiaries, asset management of insurance institutions, private investment funds, asset securitization and other pan-asset management businesses.
