Liao Ahu graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree in law. Mr. Liao has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2011 and now is a partner of the firm.

Mr. Liao is specialized in reorganization and restructuring, domestic and overseas IPOs, debt offerings, M&A and equity financing etc. He has advised on nearly 100 Chinese and international companies on transactions in these practice areas, accumulating a deep knowledge and extensive experience.

Mr. Liao has advised numerous companies in their reorganization and restructuring, IPOs in domestic and overseas capital markets, including, inter alia, Haidilao International Holding Ltd, Wuxi Biologics Co., Ltd., China Logistics Property Holdings Co., Ltd., Yihai International Holding Ltd, 3SBIO INC, Zhenro Group Co., Ltd., CPM Group Limited, China VAST Industrial Urban Development Company Limited, China Shun Ke Long Holdings Limited, Charmacy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Mr. Liao is experienced in overseas debt offerings by Chinese companies, and has advised clients including Bank of China, China United Network Communication Group Co., Ltd., China Nuclear Engineering &Construction Group Corporation Limited, China Reform Holdings Co., Ltd., China National Travel Service Group Corporation Limited, Bank of Shanghai, Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd. etc on issue of offshore bonds. 

Mr. Liao also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and equity investments. He has advised investors and companies in such transactions , such as advised ICBC, Huarong, Pingan, Sequoia, CDH, Zhongzhi etc. on investment deals.
