Mr. JI Xiang graduated from City University of HongKong with Master degree in law.
Mr. JI Xiang has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2010 and became a partner in 2018.
Mr. JI Xiang specializes in securities, PE/VC Investment, M & A, enterprises’ reorganization, foreign investment.
In the area of capital market, Mr. JI Xiang has represented several companies in their overseas or domestic listing projects, including Xiamen Yealink Network Technology Co., LTD, Guangdong Sitong Group Co., LTD and YAshili International Group Ltd., etc.
Mr. JI Xiang also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. He has provided a wide range of legal services for overseas investors and listed companies to carry out trans-border M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions. His clients include famous companies such as General Atlantic, Ocean Link, Standard Chartered and Guangyuan Capital etc.
Mr. JI Xiang was admitted to PRC bar in 2012.
