June 13, 2018 – A seminar was hosted by Jingtian & Gongcheng on the Gulouqu Law School campus in Nanjing University to recruit for the Nanjing Securities Supporting Center with nearly 100 attendees from Nanjing University and other schools in the vicinity. The law firms’ partner — Zhengzheng Hu, and attorneys Xue Xia, Ruilin Fan, Zheng Gao and Chief Human Resources Officer — Jun Qiu participated in the seminar.

As an alumnus of Nanjing University, Zhengzheng Hu started the seminar with a brief, lively and humorous introduction to Jingtian & Gongcheng including the firm’s history, business, recent achievements and international recognition etc. Ruilin Fan followed with in-depth coverage of Nanjing Securities Support Center. Using their own career journey in Jingtian & Gongcheng as an example, Xue Xia, another alumnus of Nanjing University, together with Zhengzheng Hu, offered a vivid illustration of the firm’s business philosophy and work model, which provided insight and advice on the future job seeking for the students. At last, Human Resources Director —Jun Qiu explained this recruiting process on campus.

Following the job seminar, guest speakers hosted a lively and informal Q & A session, in which firm partners answered all the questions posted by interested students in addition to giving them guidance, passing on knowledge and solving their problems.

The success of this job seminar by Jingtian & Gongcheng solidified the connection between Jingtian & Gongcheng and universities and paved the way to the firm’s future staff recruitment while assisting in the talent development and fostering among the university population.
