On December 5, 2017, 1957 & Co (Hospitality) Limited (“1957&Co”, stock symbol: 08495.HK) were successfully listed on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 1975 & Co. issued 800,000,000 shares at HK$ 0.63 in Hong Kong, including 400,000,000 public offering shares and 400,000,000 placing shares with estimated net proceeds from offering of HK$ 27,500,000.

1957 & Co. operates full service restaurants under various brands and is dedicated to serve quality Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Shanghainese cuisine to different customers. The company has a total of 11 restaurants under four self-owned brands, including Sushi Ta-Ke, An Nam, Modern Shanghai, and Hokkaidon and 3 franchised or sublicensed brands such as Mango Tree, Gonpachi, and Paper Moon at prime locations in Hong Kong: Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Tai Koo Shing, Kowloon Tong and Yuen Long plaza.
