Recently, Beijing Lawyers Association held “Law Firms Publication, WeChat Official Account and Excellent Author Awarding Giving Symposium and Lecture on Law Firm Branding Building Training”. Zhang Zheng, Vice Chairman of Beijing Lawyers Association attended the event and Liu Jun, Secretary General of the Association chaired the meeting. The winners of 2016-2017 Law Firms Excellent WeChat Official Account were announced and Jingtian & Gongcheng won second prize.

Beijing Lawyers Association invited senior lawyers, guest editors of Beijing Lawyers, journalists to cast anonymous votes on WeChat official accounts. The criteria are: sticking to correct political directions, combining theoretical studies with legal practices, showcasing colorful cultural activities and active spirits of lawyers, beneficial to enhancing lawyers’ qualities and promoting the healthy development of law firms, facilitating communications between lawyers and promoting law firms ’cultural constructions.

Ever since Jingtian & Gongcheng’s WeChat official account was launched, a good number of original articles by lawyers of the firm on hot issues in the industry have been published. Colorful trainings and team building activities are also showcased. It has won acclaims from colleagues, peers and clients. Jingtian & Gongcheng attaches great importance to building culture and demonstrating soft power. This award has shown the acknowledgment and appreciation of Beijing Lawyers Association and peers to Jingtian & Gongcheng’s efforts in this regard.
