Bestway Global Holding Inc. (“Bestway Global”, 03358.HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of HKEX on November 16, 2017. Bestway Global issues 264,598,000 shares at a price of HK$ 4.38/share. Net proceeds raised is about HK$ 1.9041 billion.
Bestway Global is the world’s leading brand in water leisure products. It design, develops, makes and sells products under the brand name “BESTWAY”， which include four categories, i.e. above-ground pools and portable spas, recreation products, sports products and camping products. It’s renowned for good product design, quality, performance and value. According to Frost & Sullivan, in terms of retail sales in 2016, Bestway Global is the 3rd largest water leisure products in the world with a market share of 2.3%. It’s also the second largest maker of inflatable outdoor leisure products in the world, with over 30% market share.
