In July 2017, ZDH Industrial Supermarket (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“ZDH”) completed series B round of financing of 360 million yuan. The lead investor is Eastern Bell VC, and co-investor is Cowin Capital.
ZDH’s main business is MRO for factories. With the idea of “Open and Share”, by way of “internet + smart warehousing”, it helps customers to achieve simple, transparent, zero-inventory and smart one-stop MRO procurement and management. It tries its best to bring benefits to customers, enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce manufacturing cost. Since its foundation in May 1996, ZDH has now over 5000 suppliers, and maintains long-term cooperation relationship with over 10,000 advanced manufacturing enterprises.
After this round of financing, ZDH will accelerate its expansion of service network in the country, continue to strengthen its core capabilities in IT technology R&D and data ability, and try to become the leader in the one-stop MRO market in the country. Eastern Bell VC will bring its investment experiences and resource advantages in logistics and supply chain to help ZDH achieve rapid development.
