On July 15, 2015, Golden Throat Holdings Group Co. Ltd. (“Golden Throat Holdings” 06896. HK) was successfully listed on the main board of HKEX. The company issued 181.590,000 shares globally at a price of HK$ 4.6/share, and raised a total of HK$ 840 million.
