December 9, 2010, Glodon Software Co., Ltd (Glodon Software) announced its acquirement of 100% equity of Morrowsoft for a consideration of CNY 94,340,000.

Glodon Software, founded in 1998, is a leading information products and services provider in the construction sector with 53% market share in China. It was successfully listed on SME Board on May 11, 2010 and became the only listed Chinese construction software company. Morrowsoft is one of the earliest Chinese operators engaging in project management software businesses. This transaction would accelerate the process of construction industry informatization and promote the application of BIM construction information model and 4D technology in China.
