December 14, 2010, MIE Holdings Corporation (MIEH) (01555.HK) launched its initial public offering (IPO) for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing.

MIEH and its subsidiary, MI Energy Corporation (MIE) are upstream oil company specializing in the development and operation of oil and gas properties. MIE and MIEH were registered in the Cayman Islands respectively in May 2001 and March 2008. MIEH acquired the entire equity interest of MIE in January 2009.

Jingtian & Gongcheng represented the underwriters in the listing.
