Jingtian & Gongcheng Represents Underwriters on Billion Industrial’s HKD 2.9 Billion IPO and SEHK Listing

May 18, 2011, Billion Industrial Holdings Limited (Billion Industrial) (02299.HK) launched its initial public offering (IPO) of 574,750,000 shares for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing. The raised funds reached a total of HKD 2.977 billion.
Billion Industrial Holdings Limited is mainly engaged in the development and manufacture of polyester filament.
Jingtian & Gongcheng represented the underwriters in the listing.
