July 14, 2011, China Fiber Optic Network System Group Limited (China Fiber Optic) (3777.HK) launched its initial public offering (IPO) for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing.  The share offering was priced at HKD 1.2 with a total offering size of HKD 480 million.

China Fiber Optic Network System Group Limited mainly engages in manufacturing and distributing fiber optic patch cords.  Its domestic subsidiary, Sifang Telecom Limited in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, is one of the largest manufacturers of fiber optic patch cords in China.
