May 29, 2012, CTS International Logistics Corporation Limited ("CTS International") successfully launched its initial public offering of 100 million shares for a Shanghai Stock Exchange ("SSE") main board listing under the stock code of 603128.  The raised fund reached a total of CNY 666 million.

Headquartered in Shanghai, CTS International mainly focuses on cross-border comprehensive logistics and supply chain trade services.  It is one of the earliest freight forwarding companies that has the license approved and issued by former Ministry of Commerce, Civil Aviation Administration and General Administration of Customs of PRC and has a relatively long history with a well-known brand name in the logistics industry.
