June 18, 2012, Xiezhong International Holdings Limited launched its initial public offering on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK) under the stock code of 3663. The share offering was priced at HKD 0.93 per share and raised HKD 200 million.

Xiezhong International Holdings is mainly engaged in development, production and sales of automotive HVAC systems and a range of automotive HVAC components.
