July 13, 2012, Sheen Tai Holdings Group Company Limited launched its initial public offering for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing. It issued 100 million shares priced at HKD 1.2 per share and raised about HKD 93.6 million in total.

Sheen Tai Holdings is a cigarette packaging material manufacturer and supplier in PRC with a leading position in Jiangsu Province, PRC. It started to involve the manufacturing sector of the cigarette packaging material in 2002, covering the business of cigarette paper box anti-counterfeiting films and other cigarette films. It has four subsidiaries in PRC, mainly including Jiangsu Shuntai Packaging & Printing Science Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Sheen Colour Science Technology Co., Ltd .,Qingdao Ener Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. and Ling Xian Fei Yu Import & Export (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ,

Jingtian & Gongcheng acted as the issuer’s lawyer in the listing.
