August 13，2012，China Communication Construction Company Ltd. (SSE:601800; HKG 01800 ) successfully issued its 2012 corporate bonds of CNY 12 billion and listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange. China Communication Construction Group Ltd. provided the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee with joint and several liabilities in full amount for the bonds.
