December 5, 2012, Jilin Liyuan Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. got approval of private placement of 72.8 million A shares from China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).

Liyuan Aluminum is principally engaged in aluminum extrusion and deep processed products. Its main products include architecture aluminum profile, industrial aluminum profile, decoration aluminum profile, radiator profile and electronic profile.
