Bitronic Limited, a foreign subsidiary of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd, successfully issued 3-year offshore corporate bonds of CNY 2 billion in the early December, 2012.

China Cinda is the oldest state-owned financial asset management corporation. Its financial services include security, insurance, trust, lease, fund and so on.
