June 25, 2014, Earthasia International Holdings Limited (“Earthasia International”, “the company”) successfully launched its initial public offering for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing under the stock code 6128. The company offered 100 million shares at the price HKD 1.2 per share and raised HKD 120 million in total. The IPO was 354.6 times oversubscribed and highly concerned by the market.

Earthasia International is primarily engaged in landscape architects service and has large market share and high brand reputation in high-end commercial landscape architect market.
