September 22,2011, Sino-Ocean Land Holdings' Convertible Securities Offering advised by Jingtian & Gongcheng was awarded "Debt and Equity-linked Deal of the Year" by China Law & Practice. Another deal China SCE Property High-Yield Notes Issue also honored Jingtian & Gongcheng under the same award.
