On March 21, 2013, Mr. Byung-Joo Lee, the chairman of Inter-Pacific Bar Association ("IPBA"), Insolvency Committee and Mr. Choi, Yong-Won, partner of Shin & Kim visited Jingtian & Gongcheng and were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jianxin Cui, our executive partner, and some other partners from Business Development Department.

IPBA was established in 1991 at an organizing conference held in Tokyo attended by more than 500 lawyers from countries within the Asia-Pacific Region. Since then, it has grown to become a preeminent legal association in the Asia-Pacific Region, with membership drawn from throughout the world, and currently has over 1,400 members from over 65 national jurisdictions worldwide.
